The Kananaskis Nordic Spa was truly a blissful experience! So peaceful and rejuvenating! 😌 The only downside was the chilly pool water. One evening felt a bit too cool for comfort. Still a lovely stay overall!

The location is stunning, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and a serene atmosphere. The family-friendly games in the lobby were a big hit, bringing everyone together after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the hot tub that leads outside was a wonderful way to unwind, especially under the stars at night. While the indoor water park offered fun for the kids, the dining options exceeded expectations with delicious red meat dishes. Looking forward to our next visit to enjoy more of this beautiful setting.

great location but could improve service
The views from the lookout points are stunning. I appreciated the beautiful scenery all around the lodge. The queen room with two beds was spacious for my family.
The service felt understaffed during peak hours.

We loved our cozy loft room with a super comfy bed. The trails right outside were a blast! Plus, the room service was faster than my coffee fix on a Monday morning.
But those scratchy bathrobes—woo, they needed a spa day themselves! And let’s not discuss the hidden fees. I didn't pack my accounting manual.

We had an amazing two-night stay with our family! The pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved the buffet at breakfast which was always fresh and hot. Plus, the complimentary s'mores at the campfire were a delightful touch! We'll definitely be back soon.

missingWrote a review on Jul 07indoor waterparkunique hot tubrelaxation experiencecold watermaintenance issues
The indoor waterpark features exciting slides, but the hint of adventure rests on its unique design that caters to all ages. The hot tub, transitioning from inside to outside, offers a different experience as you soak under the sky—a solid touch for relaxation amidst the Alberta peaks.
Unfortunately, the temperature of the water in the park leans too cold, driving many to shiver instead of enjoy themselves. The kids' slide not operational and the hot tub out for maintenance put a damper on some family fun. Additionally, while the overall decor shows potential, the noise from neighboring rooms can be distracting, detracting from the relaxed vibe one might aim for in such a setting.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. I fondly remember the staff's sweet attitude towards my elderly parents during my first stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.
Our stay was marred by several issues. The room had a strong odor, making it unpleasant. The cleanliness was also questionable, as we noticed that the sheets were not changed during our two nights there. Despite paying a premium price, I expected much more from the hotel’s standards.
